Just got three film back from the developers, and they are still moist inside the sleeves! There's what seems to be permanent stains on the negatives. Can these be saved?

Complain with the laboratory and ask their advice, although,  they deliver this I have no high hopes.

First try washing them in demineralized water and wipe and hang to dry, just like fresh negatives.

If that fails you can take the risk of using Isopropyl Alcohol.

There are negative cleaners on the market.

Dosn't look good. If you have an end with blank frames I would first try re-washing that section in water, as jaapv suggests, but with a couple of drops of washing up liquid (as a wetting agent ) and re-dry.

Good luck and fingers crossed for you!
