fotografr Posted September 2, 2023 Share #4 Posted September 2, 2023 I like the poses and Viki is a great model. My only criticism is that the background is so bright and large that it completes for attention. Whatever the background is, I think interesting shots could be made of just it.

fotografr Posted September 3, 2023 Share #9 Posted September 3, 2023 I think the colour works better in these. It's much less distracting.
Lelmer Posted September 3, 2023 Share #10 Posted September 3, 2023 I agree with Brent. Viki is better standing out on the colour ones. The second one is splendid.
David Cantor Posted September 4, 2023 Share #11 Posted September 4, 2023 This is a lovely set. What follows is not a criticism but a general observation. It’s about hands and the role they play in portraiture. I have of course portrayed hands even in quite closeup shots but generally for me, a prominent role of hands can prove to be a distraction from what we are really interested in - the face. Just a thought. David
Nachtmsk Posted September 5, 2023 Share #12 Posted September 5, 2023 Very nice. My favorite is the first one posted, the BW with her hugging her knees. I like the BW much better then the color. I don't think the color adds anything. I like the bright BW glow of the posts; they combine with the model to make an interesting photo. In the end though it comes down to opinion and yours is the one that matters, If you are happy with it, then it's a good photo. 1
