In and not just at
With my old X-U I was IN the cold North Sea (17 degrees in August). Photographing waves with a telephoto always shows a certain distance, while directly IN the water the wave seems to be felt.
At first glance, the photo appears to be a motif of a snow-covered mountain range.

Thank you very much for your advice. The picture was taken against the light, hence the realistic green colour of the sea (the wave is in backlight). I actually darkened the sky to enhance the effect of the image.

Are these the real colors???

The Belgian Northsea cost is my second home sinse more than 40 years but never I have seen such colors of wawes up to now. I presume it`s the performens of an excessive Kelvin degree. Reduce it minus 500 and the wawes should be more brownich and sky more blue. Try it.
