Stuart Richardson Posted August 21, 2023 Share #2 Posted August 21, 2023 As far as I can recall you just plug in an HDMI cable...
Pieter12 Posted August 21, 2023 Share #3 Posted August 21, 2023 I have a 006, no live view. I use Leica Image Shuttle and Capture One along with a Leica S Lemo to USB cable. Works like a charm on a MacBook Air.
bevdig Posted August 22, 2023 Share #4 Posted August 22, 2023 I have found it a lot simpler to shoot to the card in the camera and share each image using Leica Foto software to view the image on an ipad. Simple and beats the need to use a cable between the camera and a laptop. Plus an ipad is a lot easier to bring to a shooting location.
epines Posted August 23, 2023 Share #5 Posted August 23, 2023 With Capture One 21 or later, your 007 will tether nicely and reliably. No need for Leica Image Shuttle software.
John McMaster Posted August 24, 2023 Share #6 Posted August 24, 2023 Do you mean a dumb monitor (needing external power) or a laptop/tablet? john
yoshi Posted August 28, 2023 Share #7 Posted August 28, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) The S007 is used with Captuer One 21 using the included USB 3.0 tether cable. In this case, live view is available on the Captuer One screen and images are stored on the Mac SSD. Highly recommended. In addition, tethered images from the Captuer One 21 can be sent in real time to an iPad or other device on which Captuer Pilot is installed!
Hans-Dieter Gülicher Posted August 28, 2023 Share #8 Posted August 28, 2023 I take along a small computer (Surface GO) on my my far away trips.. So I can use my Mini SD Cards (without adaptor) sticking in the rear card slot. That means Mini SD Card > Adobe Bridge > ACR and if needed Photoshop. rollsman4 Posted August 30, 2023 Author Share #11 Posted August 30, 2023 Hi John, I have a basic monitor just to see my images when I shoot a job. I dont need LR just see the Focus on the images. I believe I found the problem I had to order a HDMI mini to MDMI mini to the monitor. I will have the cables in 2 days. I did NOT have the Correct cable for it. Hopefully that will work . Thank you all for your help.
