Aha, the Valoo put the "wrong way"? OK thanks. Looking to buy a Barnack, so this could maybe be a start.

These are nice cameras. There is a version of the IIf RD which has 1/1000th top shutter speed. All of the IIIf RDs have that top speed. I have the VALOO which was originally designed for enlarger work, but I don’t use it very often. I find that the 50 Elmar does not flare very much unless you point it directly at the sun.

Be aware that the product is misrepresented in the description. It is a IIF not a IIIC as noted. There also seems to miss the black ring around the ocular. Given the inclusion of a Rolleiflex hood and that he didn't even show the lens; I am inclined to think that has no idea what he is selling, so one should probably bid accordingly.

correct. Missing eyepiece (mentioned in short description) is a danger that one of both small lenses may be lost and this could be a problem. Curtains from this time tend to dry out and get holes.

I'd certainly ask for some specific pictures beyond what is shown in the link before even considering it as a potential purchase. Over the years I've accumulated several Barnack and Barnack style cameras, all from Ebay. In each case the seller was happy to supply additional pictures and answer my questions. If I encountered one which didn't, well, I just let that one go. BTW with cameras of this vintage you should factor in the cost of a CLA...it may or may not need it, but most cameras will operate much more smoothly and accurately, and their view/rangefinders will be brighter and properly adjusted.
