oschebell Posted July 18, 2023 Share #1 Â Posted July 18, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi there, as title suggests more iiia has been working fine as daily shooter (was serviced 6 months ago) but now I've noticed the film advance knob is tight part way through the turn and the shutter button is hard to press. I feel like the mechanisms for these actions are rubbing on the baseplate because if I remove the baseplate all tightness goes away. Is my baseplate warped? Any similar experiences from others or ideas on how to fix? Thank you!

jaapv Posted July 18, 2023 Share #2  Posted July 18, 2023 If it was serviced six months ago it might still be under guarantee.

oschebell Posted July 19, 2023 Author Share #8 Â Posted July 19, 2023 True! Although it seems to tighten when I simply attach the baseplate, even with no take-up spool inserted.
