Bad design - turns out you can't access the memory card nor the USB-C port for downloading images without removing the case. Deal breaker and it's going back to Adorama. That said, someone told me about the Oberwerth half leather case for Q2. It allows you to access the memory card without taking the case off, and appears to be a better quality leather and build. I chatted with online support and they said the Q2 case does NOT fit the Q3, but that the new Q3 case should be out in August or end of July. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The integrated hand grip looked glued in and covered differently in every case. This may relativise the OEM's assertive pricing strategy. I prefer Lim's because the metal base plate is Arca-Swiss compatible and the quality of their half-cases are as good as any other company's, but cheaper. I paid $149 for my Q2 half-case.
