Jarring focus issue on my brand new Q3

I received my Q3 about an hour ago. Got it all set up. I always shoot center focus point locked, single shot autofocus. Through the EVF, right before it locks on autofocus, the whole image shakes/buzzes for a second. It's brief, but it's very jarring to my eye. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, I have the same "issue". It's definitely disturbing. It's one of the things I listed in this topic (including the response I received from Leica):

Mine does the same even though I haven't really "focused" on it since I've had the Q3.  Now, since it has been brought up, I will notice it more.  Must be a combination of Phase and Contrast detect AF acquiring/checking focus?  Not that way on my other cams.  Seems like something Leica should clarify and/or fix in coming FW updates.
