spassig123 Posted June 2, 2023 Share #1 Â Posted June 2, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi I noticed that my SL2 sometimes loses the settings. For example: a) Recording only enabled as RAW, sometimes JPG and RAW are recorded b) Autofocus activated with sound, sometimes there is no acoustic signal. So far I haven't found a cause Has anyone already observed lost settings? Jochen

Can't recall that I have read about it either... You are likely on the latest firmware. If not, upgrade. And have your user settings stored on the memory card (and that the card is working fine). If too brothersome, I fear that the body needs a check at Wetzlar. But other users may chime in with their experience and recommendations. See also   Edited June 9, 2023 by helged

It could be caused by selecting (or the camera defaulting to) a User Profile that has different settings for these parameters.
