I got home from our 6 week camping trip yesterday but was too tired to go out and try my luck.  But about 10:15 I thought I would venture out to the front yard and see if I could see anything.  It was faint, but I aimed the Q3 at it and got this:

So, I was happy enough to drag myself out of the house for a 15  mile drive up the Yakima River Canyon away from city lights.  I was pleasantly surprised and spent 30 minutes looking and trying different things.  Here is one of the Q3 shots I got.  I did not take too many with the Q3 as I really needed something wider so switched to my Nikon where I could get 14mm, but those shots are not for this forum.

Trying out my new Q3 in Manchester, UK, and at first glance I have to say that I’m really impressed with the colours the new 60 Megapixel BSI-Sensor is giving!

This one is shot in DNG and lightly tweaked in Lightroom mobile.

As part of my ongoing series of "Life at 1/4 Second", here are a few taken with the Q3 on our last trip.  When my wife drives and I get bored, I try to capture the scenery at 1/4 second exposures panning as she zooms down the road.
