I was about to ask the same thing. I don't usually give likes to photos where the lens is not stated.

I don't post photos so I don't care - but I find this goofy as all hell - as if you're judging the equipment making the picture and not the picture. It's not enough you already know what camera?

There is no requirement for this in the forum, it's just me. I'm always interested to know what kind of equipment is used, to get ideas and inspiration. If an image lacks information and I'm really curious, I'll ask, as in this case.

First attempt at goat milk latte macchiato inspired by the "Latte Macchiato anybody?" thread in Barnack's Bar, and the plant based diet one, on a Spanish espresso machine (love it for its size/performance/price balance). The milk was still at room temperature from the store and the frothing happened hastily. I think, I can do a much better job tomorrow when the milk is cold. It doesn't taste goaty with the new recipe the manufacturer is using (notice the package). It used to be disgusting before. Full fat goat milk has a very homogeneously creamy texture to it without the heavy taste of 3.8% cow milk. It's the next best thing to human breastmilk. https://govita.com.au/blogs/blog/goat-milk-closest-milk-to-breastmilk

That alcohol free beer reminds me of the time I was in an espresso shop and ordered a decaf non-fat latte. The cashier turned to the barista and yelled, "One why bother!"

Due to the stretched workforce situation, the attitude of service personnel can have an impact on how we feel about our day, I find. I try to avoid food service places as much as I can.
