Hi

trying to find a M10-R used, preference in silver as don't care so much for the black paint and its corresponding price 😬

looked at a few websites, but they have been hard to find or are BP - fleaBay it's not an option.

Thanks for the hints/suggestions

I just took delivery last weekend of a used M10-R in like new condition. Houston Camera Exchange had a silver one. I paid just over 6k for it. I had been watching the used market for some time. It seems that the number of M10-Rs on the market is drying up. Quite a few M10-Ps though. For the best selection go to the various Leica boutiques. They seem to have the greatest selection but they don’t mention the condition.

Thanks for your suggestions - ended finding a silver one with extra batteries and thumbs-up almost like new - sourced indirectly from Leica Miami store.

Now just have to wait for a dry day to test and play outside a bit. Already happy for not having to pay attention to power switch position (coming from a M240)

I would not exclude Ebay, just calculate careful. KEH and Leicastores I find expensive, MPB and Popflash in the middle and for bargains Ebay is there. Note with MPB and Popflash they dont charge you sales tax in most if your state has that.

My 10-R was 5.5K on Ebay, I was able to google and verify the seller so it was a no brainer and came with receipt from Leica SF store with remaining warranty.

Fred Miranda's buy&sell is a good source too - sometimes closer to 5k; one has to account for included accessories and a few other particularities.
