I use one myself. Quantum battery has a shoulder strap (not illustrated) and if required, a flashgun can also be powered at the same time from the No. 2 socket . Quantum 1+ battery's cells are user replaceable 'lead paste' type and easily sourced . Quantum 1+ battery should be recharged after each photo session and for optimum efficiency / long life should be 'top-up' charged every 2 months if not used.  Michael Bass also offers DMR power cables for other Quantum batteries eg Quantum 2. Welcome, dear visitor!
