Quite proud that my series on boats of Hokkaido won the first prize in the fine art category of the Moscow International Foto Awards. This was my first serious shot I did with the type 246. I also got three honourable mentions for the trees of Hokkaido series and two other images from Hokkaido http://moscowfotoawards.com/winners/zoom.php?eid=10-9400-16

and my series of "spomenici" (communist monuments from former Yugoslavia) won a bronze award in the category architecture but these were not shot with the Monochrom. When Leica will give us decent long exposure times will start winning also with Leica :-)

Captured in Chester, UK.

I only noticed the shop window sign after I had taken the shot. Lucky timing or was my sub-conscious aware!

Chester, UK.

I timed this to try to get the reflection to fit the space in the window.

A spooky effect in that the face in the reflection appears to be wearing a mask!

Spooky from the Edward Scissorhands wannabe ...

I will take the woman with the walker any day ....

Just saying ...
