"MO" should have been NO- "No focus shift with this lens using the deep color filters." This in comparison with the Sonnar formula lenses that I often use. This is the 100% crop. This is hand-held at 1/125th, not tripod mounted. Focus agrees with the RF, using a 1.25x magnifier. I have other lenses that would need compensation with the Red filter used. I used a Red filter to reduce green reflections from the surrounding foliage- which helped bring out the contrast of the black marble monuments. Welcome, dear visitor! Strong contrast means mostly much light too, so in summer I mostly have the orange filter on, which lowers the horse’s temperament a bit. Strong contrast in theatre has thus far been not been a problem. And indeed, it is sometime difficult to attain the tonal scale that was visible on the screen during picture taking.
