Thank you Stuart, Jayne, Carl, Roba & Rex. Agreed. However as they're operating along the open border with Dem. Rep. Congo, these armed rangers are a necessary deterrent against opportunistic gangs from the DRC. Having said that, the Rwanda side is very safe and so far there've been no incidents.
