JulyLL Posted December 9, 2022 Share #1 Posted December 9, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) Today I went to B&H to try out an M10R and an M11. I noticed that when I was focus peaking with the M10R the image was zooming in. Is that something I can change on the setting and if so how? I also noticed a giant difference in the display resolution between both models.
Advertisement Posted December 9, 2022 Posted December 9, 2022 Hi JulyLL, Take a look here M10R Focus peaking is zooming. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jakontil Posted December 9, 2022 Share #2 Posted December 9, 2022 You can actually set focus assist to manual instead of automatic so it’s zoomed when you choose to

I don’t check the LCD except for exposure sometimes, so i don’t really use it. 1M dots is enough to check critical focus. speaking of resolutions, i never notice if it was such a huge difference though, i might be too ignorant

But it wouldn’t make any difference to me. On the M10R the 1M dot looks great. I can zoom in all the way and check focus clearly. yeah that's what i meant, the lcd on m10r already suffice my needs for chimping and everything
