Do you mean profiles (color response) or presets (defaults for everything)? There are some good third-party profiles. I like Cobalt for the S. And Adobe has a lot of presets, which are fun to experiment with. If you find that you're always making the same initial changes to an image, you can set that as a preset. I tend to set the default color profile and sharpening level in a preset, but that's it. You can do much more.

@rollsman4 I use presets for all my cameras, and for film.  I use it as a starting point.  I used them in Lightroom and in Capture One.  I try to set things a little less than where I might want them to end up, so I can push a change a little further rather than having to back off.

In Lightroom it is easy to save some settings for a camera body and serial number combination.  If you find you don't like what you saved, simple open a DNG file that has no adjustments, and apply the present, adjust it and re-save it.  It really is easy and it helps with repetitive adjustments you find yourself making all the time...
