When money is no issue at all then you can buy whatever you like. My statement was based on 2 assumptions: - The TO is the average hobby photographer taking some dozens photographs a day. - The TO takes only stills - After spending a lot of money for your Q2 you want to save some money. - The TO wants to go light and does not want to have this an that and the other in his/her pockets - the question is then: Do I NEED more than one battery? I own a Q2 and my answer is: NO. Anyway not to start with. So I hope that I made myself fully clear and its not too long. And finally: The TO decided already: He bought a second battery.
