First Snow

We had our first snow of the season this morning and I happened to be out in the countyside. It's already melted off just a few hours later, but it was pretty while it lasted.

Your first shot is particularly beautiful. Often a dusting of snow gives a pictorial hint of what might follow. Combined with Autumn shades, this is really lovely.

Thanks very much, Bill. It was quite beautiful but I won't mind the warming trend for this weekend. Back into the upper 60s.

Sorry about the incorrect name in my initial response. I do not understand the reasoning behind removing the edit function from our posts after a short period of time. It's quite annoying.
