Lately my log in on to their web site does not work on my Windows 11 PC (works on my iPhone 13 Pro). I have sent numerous emails and website messages. NO Response. Called the number but it does not allow one to leave a message, Very poor customer service. I wonder if they care that they are losing a customer? In the past year I've emailed with their customer service a few times and received fast responses. I believe all of my requests started with their online form. The replies all came from info@thedarkroom.com. I've never tried calling them. Also what error are you receiving on Windows 11? Seems very odd it would only be broken for one browser.
