Trouble with The Darkroom Film Lab

Advertisement (gone after registration)

I am a frequent customer of https://thedarkroom.com/. Lately my log in on to their web site does not work on my Windows 11 PC (works on my iPhone 13 Pro). I have sent numerous emails and website messages. NO Response. They refuse to disclose a phone number to call them. I am p#ssed off. Any ideas?

Interesting as I can’t find a phone number anywhere. Even if there’s not a number on the website usually able find something somewhere on the internet, but there’s nothing.

It has a phone number (949-366-1144) whether it’s theirs I couldn’t tell you.

Called the number but it does not allow one to leave a message, Very poor customer service. I wonder if they care that they are losing a customer?

I too am a frequent Darkroom customer and I'm really surprised by this. In the past year I've emailed with their customer service a few times and received fast responses. I believe all of my requests started with their online form. The replies all came from info@thedarkroom.com. I've never tried calling them. Also what error are you receiving on Windows 11? Seems very odd it would only be broken for one browser. Perhaps clear cookies, disable any ad blockers, restart, and try again?
