arnaudhaifa Posted September 21, 2007 Share #1 Posted September 21, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) I couldn't find in previous threads a answer to this question: Using my new tri elmar without filter but with the ir menu on for exif datas I obtained pink/orange corners surely due to vignetting corrections, Is there a way to obtain the correct exif infos about lens without filter and therefore the pink corners? Do you know how to correct these colors corner using lightroom? Many thanks, Arnaud

EricC Posted September 21, 2007 Share #2 Posted September 21, 2007 Hi Arnaud, As far as i know you can always use CornerFix available here : http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/leica-m8-forum/34270-cornerfix-0-9-1-3-now.html and designed and built by Sandy McGuffog of this very Forum. You will have to create your own profiles to use, but as i found out when i tried, it is not too hard. Regards Eric
jaapv Posted September 21, 2007 Share #3 Posted September 21, 2007 If you use the lens without filter but with the IR filter setting on, the camera will correct as if there is a filter on- resulting in pink corners. Switch the camera to "lens detection on"and only use the IR setting if you really have an IR filter on it.
