bradreiman Posted September 19, 2007 Share #1 Posted September 19, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) West coast, north island New Zealand> Maori Bay just down from Muriwai Beach. CV 15, I think i didn't select 16 on the ir menu so it seems to have corrected for 18. Have to fix it in post i suppose...B

stuny Posted September 19, 2007 Share #4 Posted September 19, 2007 Brad - What I like best about it is how the land and sky seem to soar infinitely away.

hsw Posted September 20, 2007 Share #6 Posted September 20, 2007 I like the contrast of textures, the rough stones against the clouds above. Really a nice image Brad. Regards, Henry
Hodc Posted September 20, 2007 Share #7 Posted September 20, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Bradley, I did comment your delightfull picture earlier. I now do have a question. What is it you mean by putting something in the ir menu at 16 not 18? It makes me unsure if i use the m8 properly. greetings, met groet, Harry
bradreiman Posted September 20, 2007 Author Share #8 Posted September 20, 2007 sorry to confuse Harry- I have my CV15 lens coded as a wide angle tri-elmar. when you turn on the camera and the lens is coded as such, and the menu is set to: ir on detection on, the camera asks which focal length you are using on the tri-elmar, 16,18, or 20. you must set to "16" for the 15 mm voigtlander. Hope that wasn't to confusing. It probably remained in 18, the default setting, hence the poor correction (red corner) in the upper left hand corner. Hodc Posted September 21, 2007 Share #9 Posted September 21, 2007 Thanks Bradley for explaning, Mine 15 is not coded yet, so i was confused. Now i understand. greetings, met groet, Harry
gylee Posted September 23, 2007 Share #10 Posted September 23, 2007 I was so busy admiring the framing, the colours, the composition and the depth that I did not notice the red corner... A great shot. G.
