Leica BP-SCL4 Batteries and Nitecore Charger

Old thread but I have similar issues with this charger, 1 battery charges well but 2 other gets "EE EE"

All 3 batteries work in camera and in the Leica charger

Are you talking about the Nitecore charger?

Do you have an early version? They replaced a few that had issues, i am still using my charger, and i have not seen the issue.

BTW these third party batteries are quite affordable and work well in my SL cameras. 
Unfortunately this webshop only operates in the Netherlands and Belgium, but they must be available elsewhere too

Yes, same Nitecore charger as OP, just receved it from Amazon so it should be new(could be NOS?)

2 used SCL-4 from 2019 and one new 02/2025 SLC-6 battery and no problems with my 02/2025 bought NiteCore USB charger, not did i had to activate the battery in the original Leica Q2 or SL2 charger.
I suggest you to contact NiteCore for assistance.
