I've only used Leica's sports optics support in the UK for small things, like buying a replacement case (surprisingly cheap by Leica standards). They were very helpful. But mine haven't needed internal cleaning, so I don't know how much that would cost. If your warranty doesn't work out, you might want to look for an independent service centre. One good place to ask for any binocular advice is this forum:
