Pixeleater Posted September 12, 2022 Share #1 Posted September 12, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) What is the likelihood that the M10-R will be reissued in P format? I miss the Leica script and absence of the red dot. Paul
Advertisement Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 Hi Pixeleater, Take a look here M10-R in P Version?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Guest Posted September 12, 2022 Share #2 Posted September 12, 2022 I guess close to zero after the introduction of the M11.

The black paint version is probably the closest "P" model there's going to be.
grahamc Posted September 12, 2022 Share #5 Posted September 12, 2022 (edited) if I'm not mistaken, the operational things that the P line usually includes versus the standard release (quieter shutter, screen improvements like touch screen ) were already included in the 'normal ' 10R release. for cosmetic changes you have mentioned then yep need to go to black paint Edited September 12, 2022 by grahamc

Absinthe makes the absence go away temporarily. Perhaps Wetzlar can add script to my M10-R.

NigelG Posted September 12, 2022 Share #11 Posted September 12, 2022 I have held off upgrading one of my Ms to an M10-R from a 240-P in the vain hope there would be a silver chrome M10-R “P” version. I don’t want a BP version (I changed my MD-262 to M 60s as I don’t like painted bodies or brassing (Heretic, Heretic!)) I’m wondering what the cost is ( if possible) to have Leica replace a chrome M-10R top plate with the M10-P one….🙄

Alberti Posted September 24, 2022 Share #14 Posted September 24, 2022 I had the BP on order. Untill I listened to the sirens singing under the cover of Steven Mis it.
