I was biking along the river trail today and saw this guy drive right into the river and start chugging upstream. I called out to ask him what it's called and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know.

Also, as long as you're not in a hurry. This thing was at full speed and was probably cruising at about 2 knots.

Yeah, they are usually quite slow when in boat mode. But they still enable you to cross a (not too fast flowing) river even when there is no bridge.
