Paul Mitchnick Posted August 14, 2022 Share #1 Posted August 14, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have a Leica Q which I have owned for 5 years. Never an issue mounting to my old MacBook Pro until today. I have been out of town and not used it for a couple of months. The screen reads USB massive storage connected but it won't mount to my computer. It did a couple of months ago. Any thoughts.

jaapv Posted August 14, 2022 Share #2 Posted August 14, 2022 Did you change the camera setting from mass storage to PTP? Otherwise don’t bother to figure out this kind of problem and use a card reader.

You don't. PTP is not an option on the Q. From the manual Welcome, dear visitor! I've never connected the camera/transferred images. I saw it was USB 2 which is quite slow in spite of the wording that says "high speed".
