Hi,

To put it short: is this amount of movement freeplay also present on your M10-R?

... or was something crushed and I need to service it?

All camera operations are normal including this button. I can use it without problems.

I am not sure if this effect was developed recently or it was always there

Wow that’s very bad, i cant recall how mine was, as im still not home, but i dont think it was that freely moving

it is too lose i guess, almost like detaching itself

thanks for the info - soooo it goes to the service after my holidays :(

The funny thing is.... 3 days ago it went out of warranty. This happened last saturday/sunday. Almost 3 days ago
