I can see why this rather special cat is tethered in what probably is a garden. (Difficult to tell from the out of focus background). The lead is an unfortunate distraction. However a lovely captured facial portrait.

Whoever wanted a sparrow the other day, here's your sparrow.  It's one of two main types of this LBJ in Singapore, a very common critter here; as well as throughout most of the Northern Hemisphere.
