Despite the self sequestration strongly encouraged by authorities, construction workers in Miami are still at work. Most of them have some kind of masks, but some also don't! I wish them well. As a friend was joking, by the time life returns to normal, we will have a completely new city with new buildings.

Another lens experiment, this time I got a good deal on a 400 f5.6 Telyt with a pistol grip (Televit?), have adapted it to my CL. Went down to a stream that flows into the Connecticut River, found these Hooded Mergansers, even with the 400 it is still tough to get close enough, this is a crop at ISO 400.

Those Telyt lenses were brilliant, but quite a handful on an M3 or indeed, on any M..

The adapter to get the proper lens distance with the CL is a Visoflex II, will have to try it on my M3. But it works very well with the CL and is easy to focus critically with the CL. I have had the lens 5 days and the Viso for 5 hours. Will learn more about these combinations.

First steps in food photography. This is not what I eat at home, nor what I normally go out for a meal for.

Awesome! That 60mm does a great job I think! Plus I do love the one with the black background. Still all food (even the dark parts) are still visible.

Sweet greetings from Salzburg - last year with 18-56. At the time beeing probably all shops are closed there, because of the corona disease.Location was Getreidegasse, where the house of birth of Mozart is located.

Thank you! You spotted my mistake - dark purple broccoli does not show up well against black cotton. It took a lot of pp to bring it out!
