Nocti61 Posted August 6, 2022 Share #1 Posted August 6, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) Why does my 75mm Noctilux have rotational movement of a couple of degrees either way when locked to my SL2-S via Leica adapter & M10M ? Kind regards,
Advertisement Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 Hi Nocti61, Take a look here 75mm Noctilux bayonet tolerance. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Pyrogallol Posted August 6, 2022 Share #2 Posted August 6, 2022 Probably the adapter has slacker tolerances.
jaapv Posted August 6, 2022 Share #3 Posted August 6, 2022 Two interfaces = twice the tolerance.
Nocti61 Posted August 6, 2022 Author Share #4 Posted August 6, 2022 Thanks for your responses. You are right about the adapter but it does it on my M10M admitably not as much. I have no such movement on my M10M when using 50mm Summilux or 28mm Elmarit to the point you need to use bit of effort to lock it in. Just more with the Noctilux 🤷♂️
