As I walked in, she said « Hello Pak (mister] I remember you». We do not serve food anymore but we still sell paintings». How could I resist.I walked out of her shop with a rolled up canvas of a Bali painting under my arm and an empty stomach. M10 Monochrome 35 mm Summilux. Welcome, dear visitor! fotografr Posted July 30, 2022 Share #2 Posted July 30, 2022 (edited) Carl, you walked out with more than a rolled up canvas. You walked out with a great portrait in your M10M. Her expression is a delight and conveys her warmth. It's very nice that she remembered you. Regards, Brent Edited July 30, 2022 by fotografr
benqui Posted July 30, 2022 Share #3 Posted July 30, 2022 Carl, again a wonderful portrait. But it is not only your sensitive portraits, but also your interaction with the people which makes the photo more beautiful.

I was happily surprised that she remembered me. True, I used to be a regular customer. She and her have both aged. Her eyes and voice are the same. And she was and still is a wonderful lady. Someone said: « if you want a person to talk to you, ask them about their job. ». This is what I do. By this I learn a lot. Regards. Carl.
