First of all, I apologize for my not very good English.
I have a deal to buy this lens, very good price only 700$. But the back of the lens is so moldy, should I buy it?

Thank you so much.

If you have just noticed it, you could probably send the lens to Leica and they could internally clean it.  If it is on the rear lens external surface, you may be able to clean it. Try a Q-Tip soaked but not dripping in 70% alcohol. It may be worth trying if there is no fungus internally. $700 is cheap for this lens, I would check to see if it works, or has other issues beside the glass problems. Good Luck

Thank you Tommonego!

A technician is afraid that if the lens is firmly attached to the metal cover, they will not be able to access the inner surface.

A better value example: https://www.apertureuk.com/leica-11-23mm-f35-56-super-vario-elmar-tl-asph-a20.html

With that amount of fungus in it is likely that it has been kept somewhere very damp and humid. As a result there may well be other (electronic) issues which may be expensive to repair and only repairable by Leica. If the lens was VERY cheap it might be worth the risk but it would have to be very cheap IMO.
