Lovely image of Buachaille Etive Mor (The Great Herdsman of Etive in English). I climbed it on a cold, wet Sunday morning, which was hard work!

...well, tried to negotiate an upgrade with the rental car company - without success....I guess there is a reason why this firm is called "Budget" ;)

I must admit that the conditions on our Highland trip were almost perfect with a mix of clouds, rain and sun. To capture those patches of light on the landscape the VE 90-280mm turned out to be the best lens in my bag...

Thanks for all your comments and likes and just taking a look at my photos of what was really a fantastic long weekend in the Highlands. Showing my last photo here of a "Must-shoot" when you are in the area at the right time (SL2 & VE 24-90mm). As I do occasionally  I have put together a web page with Adobe's express app, so in case you want to see the entire series please follow this link. Since part of the success of that weekend was having a great time with my 15-year old son I have incorporated some of his photos as well as his drone footage.
