Preparing to move semi-mature whisky from one barrel to another. Some barrels are old Bourbon ones, others used to contain sherry. All part of the skill of making good whisky.

A well thought out composition, good use of available light, excellent tonal range and an interesting explanation of the whiskey aging process. Personally, I very much enjoy the hint of sherry in a fine, single malt highland whiskey.

One question; why the rubber gloves?
