FWIW, Denoise does not currently work with DNGs from the M11.  M11 DNGs saved as RAW from DeNoise are totally green and can't be opened with Lightroom Classic. When I wrote to Topaz support about this, I got this response:

"Both of those cameras [the CL and the SL2] are supported in our software. Only the M11 is not (of the three you listed). This is probably the root cause [of your problem] and I'll recommend you convert files from that camera to TIFF before importing them in our software for the time being. I've made a request to our team to see about getting this camera added, but it relies on another software company adding support for this camera as well. I have no control over their timeline or what they choose to support so I couldn't possibly provide a timeline I'm afraid but I can at least make the request of them.

_________

Here is a subsequent reply from Topaz:

"The M11 is too new for us to support yet. In general it does take some time to support newer camera files and Adobe is not immune to this either though they are certainly able handle this quicker than smaller software companies. Once our raw processing software updates to support it, we'll be able to add support in our apps, but until then our hands are tied with raw support for that model.

The feasibility of publishing cameras we don't support is not something our small team can reasonably sustain, but we use LibRaw.org libraries for our raw handling support. You'll want to look for updates to LibRaw in our software release notes to know when we update to newer versions of LibRaw if you're curious. They publish a complete list of supported cameras, but don't specifically call out unsupported cameras. If the M11 is not listed, it's not supported by them or us yet.

Regretfully,

Perhaps they should tie themselves to the Apple RAW processing engine rather than whoever it is that converts their DNGs. That said it should be possible to process a standalone DNG file using the built in matrixes, even if it doesn’t produce an optimal result; it shouldn’t produce a raw green one, which is probably just a RAW linear file.
