Got it. To clarify.. he's saying he got a Q (not a Q2) that had a million shots on it when he got it. 1M does indeed mean 1 million there.

But does it really mean it?

This is the reason why  I asked. I never seen one million Leica digital shutter count. Except once before and it was same as me ESL person.

Not to mention newer :) generation mixing K and M. :)

And to add to the confusion, for currency, M = 1000, and MM = 1000000
