Our world is full of invisible lines; boundaries, conventions, and frameworks. But true freedom lies in the ability to see beyond them. The passing plane is not just an aluminum cylinder with wings in the sky, it is a point of light within a network of human arrangements, a reminder that even when we are bound to orderly structures and accepted perceptions, our consciousness can soar. The different colors are not an aesthetic rendering, but a tribute to the changing soul of the viewer, between dream and panic, and between longing and power.

I currently own a Q2 and have an M11-P on loan for the weekend, paired with a Summilux-M 50mm f/1.4 ASPH.
Just sharing a few of the first shots from a walk this morning.
Still working on getting back into manual focusing—some of the results from today weren't quite where I want them to be.

Final one all taken in the UK and hopefully followed the rules for image size.

Jeri, please use normal font, as this font is too hard to read, so I won’t even try…

Okay, I understand there's a problem. Here's the original version but in regular font.

In the Basel agglomeration, where I live, the conditions for Milky Way photography are extremely poor: there is simply too much light pollution. Nevertheless, it is possible to produce a DNG with the M11 and the Summicron 28mm (latest version), from which the Milky Way can then be made visible in Lightroom. Normally, I use the Z9 and the Nikkor Z20/1.8 for situations like this. That setup clearly produces less coma in the corners. But I was curious to try out the M11 as well. Now, I would need a lens that is more suitable for this purpose: wider angle, less coma, and as fast as possible. I don’t think I’ll find anything like that from Leica.

Oddly enough, the file I just posted (from my iPad) looks magenta-tinted on the LUF but not when viewed directly on my iPad as a jpeg. The original in C1 also does not look magenta-tinted. Hmmm…
