I’ve already explained elsewhere in this thread how I would change the software instructions to prevent the focal square from moving.

I am a new Q2 user and discovered that my nose is moving the focal square. I'm using the latest firmware and have attempted to completely disable the LCD without success. Do we have to cover the LCD to stop this from happening? Any resolution to this in the last year I am missing. It is really annoying.

Right eye. Happens when I turn camera for portrait mode - shutter side down. This is when the nose hits LCD. I do this because i'm always wearing a hat with a peak and also to keep elbow in.
