The Panasonic lenses with clutch can do that.

some of the newer sigma lenses can still do back Button focus

I have the Panasonic 2470mm f2.8, that lens has a clutch and I am not able to set the lens via the camera to manual.

If you turn the clutch, you won't be able to focus with the joystick. So not sure what you mean by pana lenses can do it.

Would be worth you reading through this:

I had thought BBF was possible with all lenses, Panasonic, Sigma or of course Leica.  It seems that if the lens has a AF/MF switch it is possible, but not those that have a clutch to enable manual focus.  I use a Panasonic 24-105, the Panasonic 70-300 and the Sigma 150-600 with BBF focus on SL2.

Sadly so much for the alliance. .....

What about auto focus lock function?

That means I can focus with the shutter button, but if I press the lock button shutter doesn't focus any longer, is there a way to configure the canera in such way? Thanks!
