I’ve just spent a week documenting an opera festival up in Cumbria (Cumbria Opera Festival) and the cameras (2 SL2 bodies + 24-90 & 90-280) dealt with everything thrown at them.

I am very pleased with the SL2, coming from a Nikon setup of many years standing I expected a reasonably lengthy period of adjusting to the Leica way of operating but happily I adapted to it fairly quickly as it is very intuitive to use.

Overall I'm finding the SL2 to be a very competent camera, it will get a good workout next week whilst we are away in York, a good mix of indoor and outdoor locations to photograph.
