Don't worry when you get a PM from sex site.  Somehow a spam bot has broken through into the PM system. You are not alone; we are getting dozens of reports. Andreas has been alerted, we have to wait until he has sorted the situation. For now, just ignore any PM titled "Hi".

While we have to wait for a permanent solution, if you report it to us, we can ban the spammer account.

Yes, I have been doing so but for every ban a new one appears.

I haven't received a spam PM but does the PM contain a link that could be unwittingly opened/activated to harvest personal details etc?
