So is no-one at all concerned about what the buyer may have been doing with the camera in the last five months... if he's always had problems why has it taken that long to report them? Being fair

Hello together Now the end of the story ( Happy end) The camera returned from Leica.  They cleaned the camera , even the lense. There was no failure found. I had several calls with

There is so much scope for unknown, or undeclared, damage suffered by the camera in the months of new ownership, that I consider the buy-back advice and option very unreasonable indeed. What a damagin

Now, I can take more than 200 pictures with the camera. The camera is working proper now.  The batterie symbol is now on the screen.

Nobody knows the reason.

I did not have to pay for cleaning, testing and shipping.
