johntobias Posted July 5, 2021 Share #21  Posted July 5, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) Well , gone and done it…traded my Nik D5 for the SL2 (with current free M to L adapter) will give it a good workout with my M glass from 16mm to 135mm and also some of my nikkors adapted to the L mount…(kept as I couldn’t part with my F5)  if all goes well, may add the 24-70 for some autofocus fun!  thanks for the advice folks.

It could have been the not great DR image sensor shooting in low light. The SL2 fixes this problem for me. Edited July 5, 2021 by 6bit
johntobias Posted July 12, 2021 Share #26 Â Posted July 12, 2021 I'm surprised how well the WATE works on the SL2, no colour fringe problems at all....perhaps Leica have that sorted via the lens profile thingy ? Â
