Advertisement Posted June 2, 2021 Posted June 2, 2021 Hi Ning Ning, Take a look here My 4 best Q2 accessories. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Trankster Posted June 3, 2021 Share #22 Posted June 3, 2021 The beauty of the Q2 is that you do not need much. My favorite accessories are: Half Case from Artisan & Artist (with flaps on bottom for access to battery & SD card) Thin glass LCD protector Overgaard lens hood Rope style sling strap That's about it for my everyday kit. (I also have a spare battery, Nitecore charger and WD My Passport backup for travel.)
LexS Posted June 9, 2021 Share #23 Posted June 9, 2021 I thought I have all I need, after unpacking the Q2 from its box 😊 But I have none of the above mentioned articles. Going to have an expensive next month 🥵
Richard K Posted June 9, 2021 Author Share #24 Posted June 9, 2021 I find the thumbs up and the Lim's case with grip indispensable.
axman Posted June 11, 2021 Share #25 Posted June 11, 2021 The “Match Technical” lens cap might be the best accessory I’ve bought for any camera. a silicone replacement with a tether, way better than the Leica cap which falls off when you look at it. $48 US from leicastoremiami.com
BJN Posted June 11, 2021 Share #26 Posted June 11, 2021 L Bracket, fits Q, battery and card can be removed without removing bracket, no mods needed. I use it on the QM with some modification (Dremel), I can remove battery and card without removing bracket. https://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/0.html?spm=a2g0s.9042647.6.2.1fb14c4dsUq56y&orderId=8129817197436521&productId=32874177254
Richard K Posted June 11, 2021 Author Share #27 Posted June 11, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) I like the Match Technical cap, good seal and easy to use...but, after trying the Q cap, I find I like it better. Nice seal and even easier to remove/put on. Also attracts less lint than the Match Technical cap.

I switched to having the tab facing upward which helps. I doubt losing it in the wild will be a problem since I tend to only have the lens cap on when the camera is in the bag. Richard K Posted June 12, 2021 Author Share #30 Posted June 12, 2021 I also have the tab facing up. No accidental knock offs so far. As I said, I liked the Match Technical but it seems to get cruddier faster.
Ralle196608 Posted June 24, 2021 Share #31 Posted June 24, 2021 (edited) 1. Original Leica "Protector Q2 2. Original Leica "Carrying strap Q2" (Attention! You need the accessory carrying strap! The original strap damages the upper corners of the "Protector Q2". 3. Battery pouch "Wiper" for two batteries and two SD cards ( https://shop.neunzehn72.de/produkt/akkutasche-wiper-fuer-2-akkus-und-2-sd-karten/ ) (The white dot in the bag is a NFC sticker. If you hold your cell phone on it, you have the manual at hand... You can buy the NFC stickers at Amazon for 70 cents - I have them on all my devices) 4. And for very rare occasions a SF 40 (because of TTL and size - and with the 3.1 firmware it even works quite well when it has to go fast) (translated by deepl.com) Welcome, dear visitor!
