Henry Taylor Posted May 19, 2021 Share #1 Posted May 19, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) Early in the morning the sun peeks up over the waves, and the thin rays glisten over the sparkling undulations of the ocean. The small brown sandpipers, feeding on the kelp, leave myriads of thin footprints in the moist sand, which are only to be washed away. The sunrise over the ocean is truly one of the most beautiful wonders of nature. Welcome, dear visitor! jaapv Posted May 19, 2021 Share #2 Posted May 19, 2021 Really good! I particularly like the echo of blue in the water and the grouping of the birds.
wda Posted May 19, 2021 Share #3 Posted May 19, 2021 If I could lighten it just a little, it would look lovely hung on a wall.

stuny Posted May 20, 2021 Share #7 Posted May 20, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) Both are quite lovely. I slightly prefer #
Henry Taylor Posted May 20, 2021 Author Share #8 Posted May 20, 2021 (edited) Thank you Stu I agree #1 looks better on the screen however, as wad mentioned when framing and hanging on the wall a little lighter renders better but it may also depend on the lighting arrangement. Here is #3 which is in-between 1&2.👍 Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! robert_parker Posted May 28, 2021 Share #9 Posted May 28, 2021 (edited) I'll personally stay with #1 on the basis of those vivid blue and orange tones across the sand Edited May 28, 2021 by robert_parker
