Advertisement Posted April 29, 2021 Posted April 29, 2021 Hi ymc226, Take a look here Original Leica SL and SL2 straps. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
OR120 Posted April 29, 2021 Share #2  Posted April 29, 2021 I like this simple Nikon AN-4B strap too -------- problem is it's to short. I like a very long, thin strap that I can wear across my chest - I like it very long. Keep it simple, for me.
ymc226 Posted April 30, 2021 Author Share #3  Posted April 30, 2021 Thank you.  Too bad it is too short as it seems perfect for the job.

ymc226 Posted April 30, 2021 Author Share #5 Â Posted April 30, 2021 Thank you Jaapv. Â I do have most of the Peak Design straps and used them for a while but did not like the connectors and metal receivers. Â I might just get the old fashioned UpStrap which goes by a new name. Â I like the 3/8" nylon web ends that slip just right into the SL's strap slots.
jaapv Posted April 30, 2021 Share #6  Posted April 30, 2021 I can see that, but I use them on all my cameras and have yet to see a scratch from them -plenty of other scratches though  -  The connector wires do indeed look flimsy, but they are amazingly robust - and hae a wear indicator thread inside (not that I have ever seen it).

Thank you mumu, I just bought the Upstrap Friendship strap.  The company gets great reviews for its products and it is small and minimalist.  I do wear a backpack when out shooting so do not need a wide strap which would add more bulk when putting back in the pack.
