Scans of photos taken on Agfachrome and converted to B&W because to colour on the slides has deteriorated badly in blotches and is beyond my skills to repair. All on an M2 by the way.

A highly commendable scanning and retrieval exercise.  What scanner and software did you use?

Very kind of you 👍 My scanner is a Plustek 7400 allied with Silverfast 8. Once the scans are on my iMac I import them to Lightroom and edit both there and in Photoshop.
